Mei Leng is the Ministry Chief Information Security Officer (MCISO) in the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE). Her role involves providing cybersecurity leadership to the Agency CISOs in MSE HQ and the agencies in the MSE family (namely PUB, NEA and SFA) in charting the development of cyber and data security goals, strategies and action plans.

As Defence Cyber Chief since Jan 2025, and concurrently Commander Defence Cyber Command since Mar 2025, COL Clarence Cai oversees the cyber defence operations, capability development and strategy of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

Mikko Kenttälä is a cybersecurity veteran with 15+ years of experience in vulnerability research and technical audits. Sami has been working on cyber security since 2006, both in startups and large corporaƟons. In 2011, he established Codenomicon, discoverer of Heartbleed, in Singapore. AŌer the acquisiƟon, he spent a couple of years in the US, before relocaƟng back to Finland and co-founding SensorFleet in 2018.
