Awita Badonia is Nokia’s IT Client Service Head for APAC, specializing in telecom product delivery and project management. A certified CSPO and PRINCE2 professional, she excels in Agile and ISO-standard implementations. Awita bridges technical expertise with business development, leading large-scale programs to deliver secure, high-impact solutions across the region.

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
Shilpa Sawant is Vice President of Cyber Security at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, with 18 years of expertise in strategy, GRC, and cyber defense. A CISSP, CISM, and CISA holder, she transforms complex frameworks into practical resilience. Shilpa is a strategic advisor to C-suites, championing “Security by Design” and organizational-wide awareness.

IBM
Nilam Bhatt is the Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance Lead, and CISO at IBM. She is an expert in global data protection, managing complex GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA programs. Nilam excels at balancing risk mitigation with business growth, leveraging strong skills in data modeling and Agile delivery to drive security automation.

Persistent Systems
Dilip Panjwani is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Cybersecurity Services at Persistent Systems. A veteran with over two decades of experience, including roles as CISO at LTI, he specializes in building innovative security transformations. Dilip serves on several advisory boards and holds an MS in Electrical Engineering.

Recorded Future
Dan Elliott is the Field CISO for Asia-Pacific and Japan at Recorded Future, where he helps executives connect intelligence with strategy to navigate the modern threat landscape. Drawing on 15 years as an Intelligence Officer in Canada, Dan applies firsthand experience with state-sponsored adversaries to help organizations translate complex threats into business impact and build resilient, proactive cultures.

Anirban Chakraborty is the Director of Security at TriNet, bringing 25+ years of expertise in cybersecurity and risk management. A recognized “Top 50 Leader,” he specializes in multi-million-dollar security transformations and regulatory compliance. Anirban is a passionate mentor and high-altitude hiker, dedicated to building high-performing teams and Al-driven threat detection.

Angel One
Anuprita Daga is the Group CISO at Angel One, bringing a distinguished background as a President in the banking industry. She is a strategic leader skilled in aligning cybersecurity with business development, operations management, and MIS. Anuprita excels at building high-performing teams to drive resilient security frameworks in fast-paced financial environments.

Partners Group
San Chez Lee is the Head of IT Security at Partners Group, specializing in offensive security and infrastructure resilience. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), San Chez manages network defenses, vulnerability assessments, and incident response simulations. He excels at bridging technical insights with enterprise architecture to ensure robust policy compliance.

Vietbank
Nghia Tran is the CIO of Vietbank, bringing over 24 years of expertise in IT strategy and cybersecurity. A former advisor to the State Bank of Vietnam, he specializes in digital transformation, security auditing, and penetration testing. Nghia has led major security roadmaps for regional banks and taught advanced cybersecurity at multiple universities.

Kyndryl
Perry Young is Kyndryl’s ASEAN CISO for Customer Technology Advisory, bridging 25 years of hybrid network and security expertise. He leads global, business-aligned functions across three continents, specializing in Zero Trust, SASE, and Threat-Informed Defense. Perry leverages MITRE and NIST frameworks to drive architectural innovation and measurable risk reduction.

NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd
Boon Chye Neo is the Head of Regional MIS, CISO, and DPO at NEC Asia Pacific. With 14+ years of experience, he leads APAC IT strategy, overseeing Global SOC and CSIRT operations. An ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Boon Chye drives digital transformation and manages specialized Al Centers of Excellence.
