Manjunath Pasupuleti is the Global Head of IT-Security and CISO at ENNOVI, bringing over 20 years of expertise in risk management, GRC, and Al governance. A technocratic leader, he specializes in securing supply chains, designing robust security frameworks, and driving digital transformation while ensuring compliance with global industry standards.

Charmaine Valmonte is the CISO of Aboitiz Group and a retired U.S. Army Major. A highly credentialed expert (CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT), she specializes in information security, strategic planning, and risk governance. Charmaine leverages her extensive background in telecommunications and government liaison to drive robust security operations, threat intelligence, and disaster recovery initiatives.

James Murphy is the Field CTO for Threat Intelligence (APJ) at Trellix. With nearly 20 years of experience, he advises CISOs on nation-state threats, ransomware, and cyber-geopolitics. An award-winning strategist, James excels at translating complex intelligence into actionable insights that bolster executive decision-making and organizational resilience across the Asia-Pacific region.

Jayapalan K V is the Director of Cyber Security at Kenvue, offering over 25 years of leadership in IT and OT security. A result-oriented expert in compliance and risk management, he has a proven track record of securing critical healthcare and pharmaceutical operations across the Asia-Pacific region through strategic cross-functional collaboration.

Jacxine Fernandez is the Senior Vice President of ICT at Bangalore International Airport Ltd, bringing extensive global experience in risk management, information security, and business continuity. A creative problem-solver, she has led strategic security architectures and IT operations across 17 countries, specializing in ISO 27001 compliance, disaster recovery, and resilient supply chain management to deliver high-impact results.

Xerxes Kiok Kan is the Head of Information Security (CISO) at Anglo-Eastern, where he leads global cybersecurity, governance, and resilience programs. With more than two decades in IT and Cyber Security across various roles and 14 years of leadership in diverse cultural settings, I am the Principal Cyber Security Officer for Asia Pacific and China regions, stationed in the UAE, steering regional security strategies.

Khang How Yap is the Cyber Security Architect Leader for Hub Asia at ABB, specializing in DCS control systems and end-to-end ICS security. A self-motivated technology enthusiast, he leads business development for critical infrastructure across the oil, gas, power, and chemical industries, focusing on direct engagement to deliver robust architectural solutions.

With over 28 years of experience, Steven Sim is the Chair of the Advisory Committee at OT-ISAC and a multi-award-winning global CISO. A Skills Future Fellow with extensive certifications (CISSP, CISM, GICSP), he excels in critical infrastructure protection, governance, and community volunteering. Steven also lectures at NTU and NUS, shaping future cybersecurity leaders.

Jon Lau is the CISO at A*STAR and President of SingAREN, leading cybersecurity strategy for Singapore’s national research and technology ecosystems. A specialist in quantum cybersecurity and Zero Trust, Jon uniquely integrates cyberpsychology into organizational resilience. He is a doctoral researcher and active government advisor, focusing on how cognitive biases and human behavior influence advanced cyber threats and risk management.
